Just type “Jeb Coriss” into youtube and you’ll find a seemingly endless amount of amazing and inspiring footage. If you go to Jeb’s twitter account, you’ll see that his “bio” is a quote from Jack London, “The proper function of man is to live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall live them”. And that’s just what Jeb does on a daily basis… he truly lives his days… and definitely does not try to prolong them. Like many of us, Jeb spent his childhood watching birds soar through the sky, longing for that kind of freedom and excitement. The difference between Jeb’s fascination with flight and ours?… he achieved it. The world famous Base Jumper and wingsuit flyer has jumped from the Eiffel Tower, Seattle’s Space Needle, and the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Jeb has appeared on Conan, The Colbert Report, ESPN, Good Morning America, National Geographic, the Outdoor Life Network’s documentary: Fearless – The Jeb Corliss Story, and hosted the Discovery Channel show: Stunt Junkies. He will soon be featured on HBO: Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel. Last time Jeb was on The Experts, he was preparing to embark on a particularly challenging mission… even by his standards. After extensive precision training, Jeb was heading off to Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province, China, to be the first human to fly through a narrow crack in Tianmen Mountain. In mid September, 2011, Jeb performed this dangerous and difficult stunt, and returned unharmed. I mean, come on… are we surprised? He’s obviously a Super Hero. And now this Wed, Nov 16th, Jeb is back in the Trigg.la studio talking to Alexis’ about his experience in China, what he has planned for the future, and answering whatever questions viewers ask on the brand new trigg.la live chat.
